The great depression
Hardships:
People didn't have money to live on, many people lost their jobs, many lost their homes, concentrations camps, and The Dust Bowl are some of the hardships people faced during the Great Depression.
The dust bowl:
One of the reasons the Dust Bowl happened is because of the drought. The farmers planted things and didn't have water to water the plants so the dirt dried became dust and the wind picked it up it killed people and crops. The Dust Bowl mainly happened in Colorado, New Mexico, Kansas, Texas, and Oklahoma. The Dust Bowl also killed the animals so people couldn't eat the animals.
